How we use the data you share with us.
Who is the data controller

What data we collect and why
When you send an enquiry through the form we process your name, e-mail address, project description, deadline, budget, delivery country and any inspiration photos you add. We use them only to reply, prepare a quote and, if you place an order, to fulfil it.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for photos and any extra information, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Who receives your data
Enquiries from the form reach our mailbox through Resend (e-mail delivery). The site is hosted by Cloudflare. If you contact us via Instagram or Telegram, your message goes to those services under their own terms. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry data while we are in touch and afterwards for as long as needed to protect possible claims or as required by law (for example tax rules if a sale takes place). Inspiration photos are deleted once the matter is closed.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data and to object to processing, as well as to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO). Providing data in the form is voluntary, but without an e-mail address and a description we cannot prepare a quote.
Cookies and site tools
The site uses no advertising cookies. For visit statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not track people across sites. Your browser only stores your chosen language. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google when they load.
