How custom orders, deposits and shipping work.
How an order works
You start with an enquiry: describe your idea, colours, occasion and deadline. We reply with questions and a quote. The enquiry and the quote do not commit you to anything.
We agree measurements only after a first conversation, once the project is roughly agreed.
Quote and deposit
Each outfit is quoted individually, depending on the design, materials and complexity. Starting the work requires a deposit; the amount and payment method are given in the quote.
Made-to-measure and no returns
Outfits are made to order according to what we agree and your measurements. Because they are custom-made, orders are non-refundable and the deposit is not returned once work has started. A consumer’s right of withdrawal does not cover goods made to the consumer’s specification. Your statutory rights if the goods do not conform to the contract remain unaffected.
Timing and shipping
The turnaround time is agreed individually with the quote. We also ship abroad; cost and delivery time depend on the country and are given with the quote.
